Mr. Christopher Eric Burgin, age 38, Jonesborough, passed away Saturday May 31, 2014, at Franklin Woods Community Hospital, Johnson City.
Mr. Burgin was a native of Kingsport TN, and the son of Stephen and Paula Burgin, Kingsport.
He was employed at Citi Group in customer service for 11 years.
Eric never met a stranger, and was always eager to help people. He was passionate about music, wrestling and animals, especially his kids Bully, Libby, Gadget, Lego, and Leo
Survivors including his parents are his wife Stacy Broyles Burgin, of the home, brother and sister-in-law, Kelley and Becky Burgin, Eldersburg, MD; grandmother, Pauline Walters; father and mother-in-law, William “Bill” and Dorothy Broyles, Boones Creek, brother-in-law Matt Broyles, Atlanta, GA, three nephews, Noah, Finn, and Reed Burgin and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral service for Mr. Burgin will be Tuesday June 3, 2014 8:00PM at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth Kyker officiating. The family will receive family and friends from 6- 8:00PM prior to the service.
Graveside services will be Wednesday June 4, 2014 11:00AM at Tri City Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Kelley Burgin, Daniel Fisher, Matt Broyles, Jay Walters, John Testerman, and Marvin Archer.
