In loving memory of Mrs. Angel Louise Carver Higgins age 27,
Angel was a native of Washington County and the daughter of Jeff Carver (Cindy Adams) Kingsport,and Lahoma Clark (Harold) Elizabethon.
Angel was a stay at home mom that loved her children.
Angel was preceded in death by two infant children Jackson & Matthew
whom she loved dearly. And a Grandmother, Margaret Carver.
Angel was survived by, in addition to her parents, she had two children Jayven Alexander Maney & Nevaeh Nicole Higgins; her fiance whom she loved so very much Arthur Gibson Jr.; two brothers Josh and Jon Michael Cook; step sister Kimberly Clark. Maternal grandparents Mary and Leroy Gregg; Paternal grandparents Billy Carver (Sue profit); her finances parents Arthur and Linda Gibson Sr.; A very special Great Aunt Hazel Berry; special friend Bynum Whitehead; and lots of Great aunts, uncles and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many many cousins.
Funeral Services will be Friday May 2, 2014 at 3:30 pm at Dillow- Taylor Funeral home with Rev Dean Presnell and Rev James Davidson will be officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00-3:30 pm Graveside Service will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Jonesborough. Pallbearers, Melissa Killen, Art Gibson Jr., Josh & Jon - Michael Cook, Jeff Carver, Curtis & Randall Neece, Lewis Keplinger.
