Mrs. Betty Kyker, age 79, Jonesborough, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at the Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Kyker was a native of Greene County and daughter of the late Ruben Cutshaw and Anna Mae Houston Cutshaw. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Howard Kyker and a sister Dorothy Cutshaw Wilhoit.
She was a member of Vincent United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Kyker was a Homemaker and Dairy Farmer.
Survivors include one daughter, Janet Arrowood (Curtis) Jonesborough; son, William Keith Kyker, Jonesborough; grandchildren, Wendy Mobley (Tim) and Jamie Arrowood, both of Jonesborough; two brothers, Rowdy Cutshaw (Brenda) and Glenn Cutshaw, both of Greeneville; aunt Nellie Smith, Erwin; uncle, Junior Houston, Myrtle Beach, SC; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to NHC Healthcare and Johnson City Medical Center for their wonderful care.
Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 PM Friday, March 14, 2014 at Mayberry-Vincent Cemetery with Rev. Jeremy Dykes officiating.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
