Serena Renea Morrow, age 22, Limestone, went home to be with the Lord on January 18, 2014. She was deeply loved by her family and friends, and will be greatly missed. Serena loved life, and always left everyone smiling.
She was employed by Caco Company.
She was born in Greeneville, TN and a daughter of Bobby Morrow and Angie Roberts.
In addition to her parents, survivors include sisters, April Morrow and Shenole Morrow; brothers, Jesse Morrow and wife Pricilla, Bruce Morrow, Bobby Roberts and Harley Wise; grandparents, Roy Lee Roberts, Jr and Chris Roberts, Rosalee Haire Morrow and Michael Lee Fender; aunts, Joann Elsperman, Mary Jane Elsperman and Diane Roberts; uncles, Eugene Haire and David Elsperman; nieces, Emily Morrow and Gracen Morrow; nephews, Noah Morrow and Mikaven Morrow; and several great aunts, uncles and many cousins.
A special thank you to Uncle Roy and wife Shannon Roberts who always made sure Serena was taken care of. Thank you to Don Dockery for all of the kindness that you showed to Serena. Special friends include, Amber Metcalf, Michelle Arnett, Amy Hyder, Heather Knight, Emma Thornburg and Christina Morrow.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Roy & Jane Roberts, Henry & Cindy Broyles, Fred Haire, Alfa Raves Elsperman, Marvel & Lula Morrow; grandparents, Margie Broyles Fender, Everett Morrow; Uncle Mark Roberts and several aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, January 24, 2014 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home and other times at the home of Jack Roberts (Serena’s great-uncle) Telford School Rd. and the home of Bobby & Rosalee Morrow, Big Limestone Rd.
Interment services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Limestone Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bruce Morrow, Jesse Morrow, Harley Wise, Gerald Morrow, Roy Roberts, IV, and Kenny Laws.
