Margaret C. Southard, 81, Jonesborough died Friday December 6, 2013 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of El Paso, Texas and was the daughter of the late Clyde and Edith Jennings Bowser, Sr. She was a homemaker. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Terry Burle Southard and one brother Clyde Bowser, Jr. She is survived by two sons; Kenny Southard and wife Diana of Jonesborough, and John McMahan of Calf. One daughter; Beverly Brown and husband Thomas of Jonesborough. Two sisters; Frances Dayton and Wanda Buff and husband Curtis all of Texas. 15 grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be conducted Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 7:00 PM from the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Gary Siemon officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
