Margaret C. Southard, 81, Jonesborough died Friday December 6, 2013 at the Johnson City Medical Center. She was a native of El Paso, Texas and was the daughter of the late Clyde and Edith Jennings Bowser, Sr. She was a homemaker. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Terry Burle Southard and one brother Clyde Bowser, Jr. She is survived by two sons; Kenny Southard and wife Diana of Jonesborough, and John McMahan of Calf. One daughter; Beverly Brown and husband Thomas of Jonesborough. Two sisters; Frances Dayton and Wanda Buff and husband Curtis all of Texas. 15 grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren several nieces and nephews.
