Mr. Carl Franklin “Franky” Dugger, age 40, Harmony, NC went home to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, December 1, 2013.

Mr. Dugger was born in Greene County, Tennessee.

He was of the Baptist faith and lived for God.

Mr. Dugger was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl & Eula Ward and Chancey & Reta Dugger, one brother, Robert Anthony, and two nephews, Jacob and Joshua Dugger.

Survivors include his parents, Robert & Phyllis Ward Dugger, NC; two daughters, Brianna and Jolene, Tennessee; two brothers, Wesley, NC and Corey (Jonie), NC; niece, Brandy Burnette (Jimmy); two nephews, Robert, NC and Joseph, TN; and a very special niece, Brittany Dugger, NC.

The family will receive friends form 1:00-3:00 pm Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Cherry Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Wesley Dugger, Corey Dugger, Jimmy Ward, Terry Adams, and Bobby Jack Holder, Jr.
