Mrs. Edith Juanita Taylor, age 80, Jonesborough, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the Holston Manor Nursing Home.

Mrs. Taylor was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Jessie & Nora Gross Freeman. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Taylor was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Taylor, Sr., three brothers and two sisters.

She was a member of McKinley Memorial Bible Church.

Survivors include one son, Ralph Taylor, Jr. (Mary Bond) Jonesborough; daughter, Susan Shell (Steve), Jonesborough; granddaughter, Tabitha Murr (Marty); great-grandson, Alex Rudd; and several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Monday, November 4, 2013 at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Lenny Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 pm Monday prior to the service. Interment services will follow at Eden Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mike Torbett, Harold Dickerson, Larry Shrader, Earl Odom, Marty Murr and O.B. Foster.
