Mr. Fay D. Henley, age 88, Limestone, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Henley was a native of Washington County and son of the late Paul Barnabas & Ellen Grace May Henley. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Darlene Henley, one brother and five sisters.
He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
Mr. Henley was a United States Army Veteran.
He was a Construction Foreman and loved his work, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Lee Dunbar Henley, Limestone; two daughters, Terri Fotos (Greg), Bowling Green, KY and Cindy Cowles (David), Greensboro, GA; two sons Tony Henley (Mava), Limestone and Eric Henley (Jason Becker), Columbus, OH; grandchildren, David Smith, Kayla Ricker, Nicholas Cowles and Jessie Henley; great-grandchildren, Chloe Smith and Butler Smith; one brother, Bill Henley (Norma Jean), Limestone; special friends, Cecil & Celeste Quinn; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 am Friday, September 6, 2013 at Asbury Cemetery with Pastor Steven Spell officiating.
