Mr. Billy Oliver, age 78, Jonesborough, passed away Friday, August 30, 2013 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Oliver was born in Johnson City and son of the late Lesley James and Bessie Marie Hill Oliver.

Mr. Oliver was a member of Central Church of Christ.

Mr. Oliver was an Electrician and enjoyed fishing, hunting and woodworking.

Survivors include two sons, Joe Oliver and Wayne Oliver, one daughter Cheryl Rouse, their mother Mary Jayne Oliver; three grandchildren, Erica Rose Oliver, Brooke Deoona Oliver, and Samantha Jewell Brown; one brother Robert Lee Oliver, and one nephew Victor Lee Oliver.

Funeral services for Mr. Oliver will be Tuesday September 3, 2013, 2:00 PM at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home; the family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 PM prior to the service.
