Mrs. Annis Rouse, age 85, Chuckey, passed away her residence Sunday June 2, 2013.

Mrs. Rouse was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Brumsey & Lucy Gilton Bailey.

She was a member of Liberty Freewill Baptist Church.

Mrs. Rouse was a Homemaker and worked at Greeneville Credit Jewelers.

Survivors include her husband, Claude Rouse, Chuckey; two sons, Ronald Rouse and Douglas Rouse, both of Chuckey; granddaughter, Kelli Rouse, Johnson City; grandson, Travis Rouse, Chuckey; and great-grandson, Gavin Cloyd.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Liberty Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Amos Penley and Rev. Stephen Saults officiating. Mrs. Rouse will lie in state ½ hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Liberty Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be sons, Travis Rouse and Jason Cloyd.
