Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Kyker, age 89, Limestone, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 at her residence.

Mrs. Kyker was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late William Utah & Betsy Arnold Croyle. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Glen Jay Kyker in 1981, and two brothers, Ralph Croyle and Beryl Hulse.

She attended Philadelphia Presbyterian Church as long as her health permitted

Mrs. Kyker was a Homemaker and retired Farmer.

Survivors include two sons, Harry L. Kyker, Limestone and Clay Kyker, Chuckey; two daughters and sons-in-law, Ruth & Harmon Mathes and Irene& Burkey Hensley, all of Chuckey; grandchildren, Aaron Kyker, Beth Travis (William), Kala Kyker and Sarah Hensley; two great grandsons, Sylar Malone and Tillman Travis; special friend, Hazel Corby; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces.

The family would like to send a special thank you to Sarah’s caregivers, Marie Arrowood and Virginia Hinkle.

Funeral services will be conducted 8:00 pm Friday, May 31, 2013 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Broyles, Rev. Jim Fields and Re. Shawn Broyles officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Friday prior to the service.

Interment services will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Fairview Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be members of Nolichuckey Volunteer Fire Department.
