Mrs. Myrtle Barry Crouch, age 88, Boones Creek community, died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at her residence.

Mrs. Crouch was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Fuller & Ruby Range Barry. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James “Jim” Crouch, three sisters, Viola Copas, Lorene Gresham and Reba Gray and one brother, Maynard Barry.

She was a member of Hales Chapel Christian Church.

Mrs. Crouch was a retired Mail Carrier.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Larry A. & Brenda Crouch, Gray; daughter and son-in-law, Linda Crouch McCreadie & Eddie McCreadie, Gray; grandson, Jason Crouch and wife, Moya, Louisville, TN; great-granddaughter, Julia Crouch, Louisville; sister and brother-in-law, Pansy & Daryl Hyder, Colonial Heights; sister-in-law, Dorothy Crouch Cox, Colonial Heights; and several nephews and nieces.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 pm Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at the cemetery at Boones Creek Baptist Church with Min. David Clark officiating.

Pallbearers will be family & friends.
