Ms. Mary Ann Norman, age 75, Jonesborough, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013, at the Johnson City Medical Center.

Ms. Norman was born in Johnson City, the daughter of the late Graham V. Norman, Sr. and Mary Louise Rhyne Norman.

Ms. Norman was a graduate of Montevallo College in Alabama and obtained her Masters Degree from Georgia State. Prior to her retirement Ms. Norman was the Director of the DeKalb County Work Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Ms. Norman was an avid reader and also enjoyed music.

She was a member of Jonesborough Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Graham and Ann Norman, Jonesborough. She is also survived by a niece and nephew who were the light of her life, niece, Ginger Norman; nephew, Jason Norman and wife, Synaca; and great nephew, Xander MacSporran.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home, Jonesborough, TN.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, May 10, 2013 at Monte Vista Burial Park with Rev. Allen Huff officiating. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.
