Ms. Jacqueline Burleson Bair, age 81, Gray, is resting in Jesus’ arms as of April 20, 2013.
Ms. Bair was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Orville and Lizzie Crowe Burleson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mindy Jane Bair; three sisters, Ruby Goad, Beulah McEylea, and Ruth Oakes; one brother, Fred Burleson; and a special nephew, Robert McElyea.
Ms. Bair was a retired caregiver and a born again Christian.
She had a special love for all animals.
Survivors include one daughter, Jenny and husband Joe Stonecipher of Gray; Jenny’s father, Jackie Bair; granddaughter, Danielle and husband Wayne Long; great-grandsons, Carter and Bryson Long of Church Hill; nephew and wife, James and Jackie McElyea; niece, Kathy McElyea; other nephews, special neighbors, Don Fiscus and Vickie Martin; and lots of loving caregivers and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life with family and friends 4:00 pm Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Midway Market Building 3536 W. Walnut Street Johnson City.
