I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

Mrs. Norma Jean Mosley, age 67, Jonesborough, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at the home of her daughter.

Mrs. Mosley was born in Jonesborough and daughter of the late Harold & Pauline Hartsell Welch.

She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Mrs. Mosely was a retired Teacher and had taught at Lamar Elementary School for 30 years. She loved her students and had never met a stranger. She enjoyed sending cards to family and friends.

Survivors include one daughter, Angela Lockner (Steven), Jonesborough; son, Frank Mosley, Jr. (Jamie), Gray; grandchildren, Adam Garland, Jr. and Jonathan Lockner; one sister, Barbara Lyons; nephew, Timmy Lyons; and several other nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Ponder and Rev. William Donnie Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm Tuesday prior to the service. Interment services will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Steven Lockner, Mike Hoss, Michael Birchfield, Jimmy Bennett, Drew Everhart and Seth Kantsos. Honorary pallbearers will be Earl Greene, Members of Embreeville Volunteer Fire Department, Lance Tester, Chris Tester, Casey Tester, Larry Collins and Rick Harris.
