Mrs. Evelyn Mathias Smith, age 91, Limestone, passed away Monday November 5, 2012 at John M. Reed Nursing Home.

Mrs. Smith was a native of Marion, Ohio and the daughter of the late Rubin and Katherine Huffman Mathias. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Norwood Smith, sister, Glena Hall, an infant grandson and grandson, Justin Sant.

She was of the Lutheran faith and a Seamstress.

Survivors include her daughter, Paula Kelly and husband Bill, grandchildren, Gregg Stowe and Colleen Adams; great grand-children Brady Sant, Keaton Sant, Cole Adams and Christopher Gentry; sisters, Marge Balliett, Doris Rinehart, Phyllis Rorick, and Shirley Roberts; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Friday, November 9, 2012 with Dr. Frederick H. Richard officiating.
