Mrs. Brenda Payne, age 67, Johnson City, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Payne was born in Elizabethton, TN and daughter of the late John D. & Pearl Edwards Willis. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Payne was also preceded in death by her husband, Danny Richard Payne.
She was a member of Midway Baptist Church.
Mrs. Payne was a Homemaker.
Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy Louise & Clyde Whitaker, Annette Darlene & Tim Whitehead, all of Jonesborough and Tonia Lynn Payne, Johnson City; three brothers, David Willis, Telford, Ernest Willis, Johnson City and Henry Willis, Jonesborough; two sisters, Linda Hammett, Telford and Lisa Presley, Johnson City; three grandchildren, Tamara Winters, Johnson City, Richard Winters, Jonesborough and Danielle Payne, Johnson City; one great-grandson, Chase Bowling; and several nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends from 10:30-12:00 pm Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at Elliott Cemetery with Rev. Bill Taylor officiating.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.
