Mr. Warren Price, age 84, Johnson City, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Lakebridge Healthcare Center.

Mr. Price was a native of Madison County, NC and son of the late Rachel Whitaker. In addition to his mother, Mr. Price was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Buckner Price and a sister, Mae Buchanan.

He attended the church services at Lakebridge Healthcare Center.

Mr. Price retired from the Kingsport Foundry.

Survivors include his daughter, Robin Price, Chuckey; son, James “Dink” Price, Limestone; two grandsons, Samuel Huffman and James “Jamie” Huffman; one great grandson and one great great grandson.

Graveside services will be conducted 3:00 pm Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at Cherry Hill Cemetery.
