Mrs. Mary Alene Blair, age 85, Jonesborough, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012 at the Lakebridge Healthcare Center.

Mrs. Blair was born in Cecilia, Kentucky. She was a daughter of the late C.W. & Mary Jane Hilton Sadler. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Blair was also preceded in death by her husband, William C. Blair, US Army WWII and Korean Veteran and other brothers and sister.

She was of the Methodist faith.

Mrs. Blair was an Accounting Clerk for the City of Johnson City. She was an avid rook player, Cincinnati Reds and Elvis fan.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Susan Blair & Allen Jackson, retired USAF, Jonesborough; two brothers and sister-in-law, Eugene & June Sadler, Kentucky and Tom Sadler, California; and several nephews and nieces.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 pm Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Mountain Home National Cemetery with Pastor Cathy Fowler officiating.

Pallbearers will be friends.
