Mrs. Vera Sue Milhorn, age 93, Gray, passed away Monday, September 10, 2012 at Johnson City Medical Center.

Mrs. Milhorn was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Albert Lovegrove and Callie Croyle Lovegrove. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Weldon Milhorn, four brothers, two sisters, and two grandsons, David “Brent” Garland and Wendell Craig Garland.

She was a member of McCarty United Methodist Church. Mrs. Milhorn was a homemaker.

Survivors include two daughters, Joanie Sue Hawkins of the home, Peggy Leach, Jonesborough, three grandchildren, Heather Hawkins, Kimberly Stout, Brad Garland, nine Great Grandchildren, and one Great Great Grandson.

Funeral services will be conducted 8:00 PM, Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Lenny Smith, Minister Byron Paddock, and Rev. Steve Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00 �" 8:00 PM, Thursday, September 13, 2012 prior to the service.

Interment services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, September 14, 2012 at Highland Cemetery, Jonesborough, TN.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Lovegrove, Brad Garland, Joseph Black, Jason Stout, Shane Wilcox, J.D. Hensley, Jerry Wellins, and Terry Wilson.
