Mrs. Ruth K. Winebarger, age 95, Jonesborough, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Asbury Place of Johnson City.

Mrs. Winebarger was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Isaac N. & Ella Waller Bailey.

She was a member of New Victory Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Robert L. Winebarger, Jonesborough; Son, Les Winebarger, Madera, California; nephew, Curtis Arrowood and wife Janet, Jonesborough; and cousin, Carol Hayes, Jonesborough.

Inurnment services will be conducted 11:00 am Monday, August 20, 2012 at New Victory Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Coy Rice officiating. The family request that everyone meet at the cemetery.
