Mr. Jackie Lee Sells, age 71, Jonesborough passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Johnson City Medical Center.

Mr. Sells was born in Washington County, son of the late Clarence LeRoy and Grace Virginia Black Sells. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, J.C. Sells and Frank Sells and brother-in-law, Bill Summie.

Mr. Sells was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church.

He attended Sulphur Springs High School and was a mechanic for Chaparral-Buick for over 42 years.

Mr. Sells was a big NASCAR Fan.

Survivors include four brothers and sisters-in-law, Thomas and Linda Sells, Jonesborough; James and Martha Sells, Gray; Richard and Danelle Sells, Greeneville; Brad and Kathy Sells, Jonesborough; one sister, Charlotte Summie, Jonesborough; two sisters-in-law, Claire Sells, Texas and Jeanette Sells, Greenville; and a special friend, Tanara Sells, Johnson City.

Funeral services will be conducted 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Jon Reed and Pastor Don Hilton officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00 â€" 8:00 PM Thursday prior to the service and other times at the home of the brother, Tom Sells, 1358 Sulphur Springs Rd, Jonesborough, TN.

Internment services will be conducted 10:00 AM, Friday, July 20th at Sulphur Springs Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
