Mr. Marion Boone Moore, age 77, Telford, passed away Friday, July 6, 2012 at Wellmont Holston Valley Hospital.

Mr. Moore was a native of Washington County and son of the late Wallace Boone & Louise Johnson Moore. In addition to his parents, Mr. Moore was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerald D. Moore, and a niece, Connie Jean Dickerson.

He was a member of Enon Baptist Church.

Mr. Moore was a heavy equipment salesman.

Survivors include a brother, James D. (Margaret) Moore, Jonesborough; sister-in-law, Norma Jean Moore, Jonesborough; nieces, Caroline Ange, Greenville, NC, and Stephanie Gouge, Jonesborough; nephew, Kevin Moore, Jonesborough; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
