Mrs. Nancy O’Dell Peterson, age 67, Limestone, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Johnson City Medical Center.

Mrs. Peterson was born in Limestone, Tennessee and daughter of the late Clifton & Elsie Henley O’Dell.

She was a lifelong member of Salem Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Peterson retired from ETSU, having worked in the Sports Information Department.

Survivors include her husband Phillip Wayne Peterson, Limestone; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tracy & Jeff Henley and Julie & Carl Stewart, all of Limestone; grandchildren, Trevor Henley and Justin Henley, both of Limestone; and a sister and brother-in-law, Gaye & Leroy Griffith, Jonesborough.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:30 pm Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:30 pm Saturday prior to the service. Interment services will follow at Salem Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ed Henley, Lanny Henley, James Mahoney, Gary O’Dell, Mickey Wilson, Jeff Henley, Carl M. Stewart, Trevor Henley and Justin Henley. Honorary pallbearers will be ladies and gentlemen of Salem Presbyterian Church, Carl Stewart, Vickie Cox, Walt Peterson, Dr. Rachel Monderer and Harold Styles.
