Mrs. Debbie Kay Hodge, 55, Telford passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at the Johnson City Medical Center Hospital.

Mrs. Hodge was a native of Washington County, the daughter of Sarah Cloyd and the late Raymond Vestal VanDyke. She was also preceded in death by a sister Teresa Seaton.

She worked for several years at Mor-Flo Industries in Johnson City.

Survivors in addition to her mother are her husband Daniel Hodge, Telford, two sons Wendell Hodge, Johnson City, Joshua Hodge, Telford, one daughter, Melanie Valentine, Johnson City, five brothers, Kenny VanDyke, Ashville N.C., Larry VanDyke, John VanDyke, Eric VanDyke, all of Telford, Stanley VanDyke, Jonesborough, two sisters, Jackie Davis-Vanover, Limestone, Hope Grindstaff, Telford and five grandchildren.

Memorial services will be conducted 7:00 pm Monday at New Salem Baptist Church with Pastor Craig Ponder and Brother Joe Barker officiating.
