Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, February 6, 2012 at Mayberry-Vincent Cemetery with Rev. Jim Chatman officiating.

Pallbearers will be family & friends.


Mr. Bernie Franklin Treadway, age 85, Warren, Michigan, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2012 in Michigan.

Mr. Treadway was born in Washington County, Tennessee and son of the late Bernie & Flora Barnes Treadway. In addition to his parents, Mr. Treadway was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

He was a member of Vincent United Methodist Church.

Mr. Treadway retired from General Motors.

Survivors include a son, Jimmy Treadway, Warren, MI; a daughter, Nancy Lynne Shultz, MI; grandchildren, Sheelagh Markwood and Susan Lynne Edwards; great-grandchildren, Tiffany Markwood and Anthony Edwards; three sisters, Francis Deakins, Ruth Shelton and Irene Shelton; and one brother, Robert Treadway.
