Judy K. Phillips
Mrs. Judy K. Phillips, age 67, Limestone, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Phillips was born in Johnson City and the daughter of the late Harlen & Alta Louise Payne Tipton.
She was of the Baptist faith and attended Embreeville Cove Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, fishing and camping but most of all spending time with family especially grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Phillips, Limestone; son, Ronnie Phillips, Jr.; daughter, Amanda Phillips; grandchildren, Katie Earhart and Nolan Phillips; two great-grandchildren, Kadon & Kloey Rigsby; one brother, Erwin Tipton; one sister, Janet Fay Seay; and “Bryant Lane Neighbors”.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm Monday, February 10, 2020 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Otis Banks officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 pm Monday prior to the service. Interment services will follow at Limestone Freewill Baptist Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be family & friends.

So sorry to hear you left us. I didnt find out in time to view your dwelling place of this earth. I am sorry I didnt get to visit with the family. I pray Jesus will be very close to all. Hey Ronnie , Ronnie, Amanda, Erwin and Janet I was so sorry to hear aboutJudy. I have you all in my thoughts and prayers. I want be able to make to the funereal , I’m in the Qullion Rehab right now. I had surgery on th 31st of January, second go round of knee replacement’s I love you guys and call me when you can (423) 413-3388. I’ve remarried since I saw you all Jerry and I were married 18 mths and died I lukehemia. My prayers go with you all.
