Mrs. Carolyn Sue Byrd, Jonesborough, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Johnson City Medical Center.
Mrs. Byrd was born in Washington County and the daughter of the late James & Helen Wishon Rosenbaum.
She attended Eastern Star Free Will Baptist Church. She was a mother to everyone, wonderful cook and enjoyed going on vacation with family.
Survivors include her loving husband, Tim Byrd; special sons, David Williams (fiancé, Sherry Hudson), and Butch Bishop; special daughter, Karen Barnes and husband Tim; special grandchildren, Danielle Barnes (Kaleb Kindle), Tequisha Reed (Robbie), Tania Roberts, Gabe Long (Travis), Josh Geiser and Kim Geiser; special great-grandchildren, Jaden Collins, Kara Kindle, Khloe Reed, Quentin Kindle, Hutson (Possum) Frost, Sofia Long, Shilo Long, Dylan Barnes, Tyler & Hannah; special niece, Crystal Montalvo (Rick); best friends, Donna Fee (Tennessee), Gail Kyte (Rick), Sue West (Luke).
Memorial services will be conducted 6:30 pm Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Rose officiating.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rick Kyte, Donald Bishop, Luke West, Howard “Tennessee” Fee, Jaden Daniel Collins and Rick Montalvo.
