missed very much. He was a very good man!|
|It's with a sad heart I send this, having just learned of Bill's passing today. I became acquainted with Bill in the 80's through Ruritan. I was a Zone Governor, Lieutenant Gov. in 1988 and District Gov. in 1989. I visited Limestone Club many times and it was always a pleasure to see Bill. He was warm, kind and helpful to me. He will always hold a special place in my heart. He will be truly missed. Hold fast to the fact we will see him again someday. I look forward to that day. My deepest sympathy to all the Barkley Family, as we will be praying for you all during this time. May God comfort you as only He can. God Bless you all. |
