Ethan was my Best friend ever since I moved up to Ohio. If I had to pick a favorite memory, it would be all of them...We were so close. I gave him just about every one of my old art pieces...We never had a dull moment. I was anticipating him to send me Happy Birthday call/text May 31st...This hurts so much.Ethan I love and miss you so much. I went to visit his resting space today since I drove down to visit every one...including him. I'm sending prayers, love, and hope out to you all every day.

My heart still breaks for your family. Ethan and my daughter Holly were friends in High School. He was at our house several times and was always very sweet. I was so shocked to hear of his passing. Prayers for the family.

I met Ethan in high school and he was always a joy to be around. We became pretty good friends my freshman and sophomore year and enjoyed all the times we got to spend together. I was heartbroken when I heard he had passed on. I never imagined he would have gone so soon when he had so much life in him. He will be dearly missed by everyone. I wish I would have gotten to say a goodbye and let him know how much of a good person and friend he was to me. I know he is in a better place now. Prayers and condolences go out to his family.
