SERVICE SCHEDULE

Mrs. Jessie Mae Kinley Dearstone, age 87, Jonesborough, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at her residence.

Mrs. Dearstone was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late William & Ella Kent Kinley. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dearstone was also preceded in death by her husband, Harold Hugh Dearstone, two sisters, Ruby Cox and Mandy Kinley, six brothers, Hubert Kinley, Joe Kinley, Claude Kinley, Sam Kinley, Charlie Kinley and Beryl Kinley and a granddaughter, Crystal Gail Dearstone.

She was a member of Living Word Baptist Church. She was a friend to all and loved a good joke.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry & Nancy Dearstone, Jonesborough and Allan & Betty Dearstone, Johnson City; grandchildren, Pamela Holt, J.W. Dearstone and Carroll Dearstone; great-grandchildren, Andrew Holt, Abigail Holt and Addyson Holt; one step-grandson, Jonathan Holt; one brother, Bill Kinley; and several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted 8:00 pm Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Dale Ferrell officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday prior to the service.

Interment services will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, August 3, 2012 at Mountain Home National Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Chris Holt, Carroll Dearstone, J.W. Dearstone, Jonathan Holt, Andrew Holt and Alan Kinley.

Oh Alan I am so sorry for your loss! I just loved Jessie and her spunk! She was always so happy when she came in to the bank. :-) While I'm writing this I smile when I think of her smiling face and infectious laugh. She was always SO sweet!! She will be missed!
