SERVICE SCHEDULE

Mrs. Gailya R. Couch, age 76, Jonesborough, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 at Johnson City Medical Center.

Mrs. Couch was a native of Washington County and daughter of the late Paul & Edith Moyers Good. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Couch was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry A. “Jack” Couch.

She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one brother, James D. Good, Johnson City; sisters, Mary Ellen Ward, Jonesborough and June Taylor and husband Jerry, Portland, TN; nephews and nieces, Judy Hensley, Johnson City, Karen Smith, Johnson City, Mark Ward, Knoxville, Ronnie Ward, Roanoke, VA, Beth Nichols, Jonesborough, Bradley Ward, Jonesborough, Jennifer Smith, White House, TN and Jeanna Campbell, Portland, TN; special great-nephew, Joey Smith, Johnson City; and many great-nieces and great-nephews

The family would like to extend special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Johnson City Medical Center 7400 wing, Mountain States Hospice and Four Oaks Health Care Center, for their loving care of our sister.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 pm Monday, July 16, 2012 at Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Monday prior to the service.

Interment services will be conducted 10:00 am Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at Fairview Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Joey Smith, Steve Smith, Mark Ward, Ronnie Ward, Bradley Ward and Joey Keys. Honorary pallbearer will be Roy Campbell.

Memorial donations may be made to Fairview Cemetery c/o Jim Anderson 1104 Boones Creek Rd. Jonesborough, TN 37659.
